Checks where checks are otherwise impossible
Time-consuming unloading of freight and searching through vehicles is effectively avoided with the AVIAN heartbeat detector. In tight vehicle scanners, for example those at the entrance to a prison, where there is no room to empty and check HGVs, the heartbeat detector can be used easily to scan the vehicle.
