Security and variety in design
The elegant S6es-w series aluminium window is available in various designs and offers combined protection against break-ins up to RC4, bullets up to FB4-NS* and explosions (e.g. 500 kg of explosives | distance of 24 m). There are also certifications in classes EXR3 (12 kg of explosives | distance of 5.5 m) and EPR4.
For protection in the event of accidents, such as in the petrochemical industry, with long-lasting shock waves, extensive test series with pressure durations of up to 2 seconds have been achieved.
The SECURON® series is even certified as burglar-resistant to RC3 and blast-resistant when the window is in the tilt position.

Certified variety in design
The characteristic product features of the aluminium window of the SÄLZER Series S6es are elegance and design variety. SÄLZER has tested many design variations: single and multiple window elements, as fixed field or with turn, tilt, tilt-turn or turn-tilt window hardware, with top and side lights. Also tested as French window, as well as outward opening window with top or side hung wings in various resistance classes.
The thermally insulated window is tested as a complete element including glazing, hardware and wall connection in various design configurations
Security according international standards & individual requirements
Aluminium window S6es-w series
In accordance with DIN EN 1627-1630 up to RC4 in accordance with DIN 356 up to P8B. Also tested in tilted window position up to RC3 (series SECURON®)
In accordance with DIN EN 1522-1523 up to FB4-NS, glazing in accordance with DIN EN 1063 up to BR4-NS.
In accordance with DIN EN 13123-2 and DIN EN 13124-2 up to EXR3 (12 kg |5.5 m). Tested in accordance with customer-specific requirements, e.g. with 500 kg of explosives in 24 m. With the use of DIN EN 13123-1 and 13124-1 up to EPR4. Sector specific tests e.g. for the petrochemical industry Various shock tube tests with reflected with a peak pressure of 134 kPa (1.34bar) and a positive pressure duration of 2 sec. Glazing as per SÄLZER design. Classified: GSA 2 ("Very High" protection level), ISO B ("No Hazard" hazard rating).

Large windows are tested e.g. single window forced entry resistant in level RC4, frame measurement 1.680 x 3.160 mm (the maximum sash weight has to be considered).

Anodised or powder coated, over clad with timber, stainless steel, stone, bronze and other options.
